Meet Crea Rose, FNP
As a Family Nurse Practitioner with a Full Practice Authority (FPA) license, Crea Rose has been in nursing for 15 years and has worked in various nursing positions, including inpatient medical-surgical unit, obstetrics, hospice, clinical research, primary care, and nursing education.
She pursued advanced practice nursing in 2019. She graduated in 2022 with her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Walden University and became board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is married with 6 children.
